Description
Mostly, an easy/moderate short ride, but I did the classic 2.2 mile climbing time trial at the end of Glenwood Drive (to the top, where it meets Hwy 17). My time for the time trial was an excellent 12:13 – note that my PB was 11:35 from a couple of years ago. The average speed for the time trial was 10.7 mph and the average heartrate was 155 bpm. I could have gone harder, keeping my heartrate at an average of about 162 bpm (my LT), and the time would have probably been fairly close to my PB of 11:35 – not too bad for this time of year!
