Description
A shortened ride with Rich – it rained and he was not dressed for the occasion – we just went to the top of Glenwood and back – my time on the climb was horrible – 13:41, with an average heartrate of 161 bpm. As a comparison, my PB is 11:35 from 6/28/04, average heartrate about 162 bpm. Ugh! I am so far behind and need so much work to get myself back in climbing shape. Sigh – again…
