Description
A moderate to moderate/hard effort for the 10-mile Canada Rd TT (reverse direction) – I averaged about 150 bpm for both legs, with a total time of just 29:40, which is 20.2 mph – good considering there was a fairly strong wind on the course. I also got a new baseline time for the DeAnza Rd climb when returning to work – it’s a 0.23 mile climb that does 90 feet of climbing – my new PB time is 1:05 – a whopping 463 watts of power – wow!
