Description

A very easy-paced ride with Mike – even with an average heartrate of only 150 bpm on the Rodeo Gulch climb, we did 5:40 – very good for that low of a heartrate – Mike said he was maxed out, but he simply hasn’t ridden as much as I have recently – and I’ve started to train on the hills again, thankfully…
